一、学科、专业简介(Disciplines Instruction)
化学工程与技术是研究以化学工业为代表的过程工业中有关化学过程与物理过程基本规律的应用技术学科。它包括了化学工程、化学工艺、生物化工、应用化学和工业催化等工程学科。1986年公司获批化学工程硕士学位授予权;2003年获批化学工程、应用化学博士学位授予权;2005年化学工程与技术获批一级学科硕士学位授予权;2008年获准设立化学工程与技术博士后流动站;2010年获批化学工程与技术一级学科博士学位授予权;化学工程二级学科是山东省首批“泰山学者”设岗学科;清洁化工实验室为山东省高校重点实验室;2010年生态化工实验室获批为国家重点实验室培育基地;2017年获批生态化工山东省高等学校协同创新中心。化学工程与工艺专业是国家级第一类特色专业,化工过程实验中心、化工过程与装备虚拟仿真中心均为国家级实验教学示范中心,应用化学专业为国家级特色专业,山东省首批特色专业。
Chemical Engineering and Technology is a discipline of applied technology, which is focus on the fundamental rules of chemical and physical processes in various process industries, represented by chemical industry. It combines different engineering disciplines such as chemical engineering, chemical technology, biochemical engineering, applied chemistry, and industrial catalysis. In 1986, the subject of Chemical Engineering in our university was granted a discipline to authorize master's degree. Furthermore, Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry were approved to authorize doctor's degree in 2003. As a first level discipline, Chemical Engineering and Technology was qualified to authorize master's degree of first-grad discipline in 2005, a postdoctoral station in 2008, and doctor's degree of first-grad discipline in 2010. The sub-discipline, chemical engineering, is among the Shandong province first Mount Tai scholars; Clean Chemical Engineering Laboratory is the key laboratory of Shandong Province. Ecological chemical laboratory was entitled the Breeding Nation’s Key Laboratory in 2010. ECO-chemical Collaborative Innovation Center was qualified in 2017. Chemical Engineering and Technology is the first-class national specialty, meanwhile chemical process experiment center and center of virtual simulation for chemical process & equipment are the national experimental teaching demonstration center. Applied Chemistry is also the national specialty, which is among the first entitled in Shandong Province.
本学科具有一支高层次、高水平、梯队合理的团队队伍。近五十年,已培养出近万名毕业生,在化工等领域为社会做出了巨大贡献,得到企业、科研院所等用人单位的一致好评。办学特色是重视理论与工程实践相结合,积极走产学研一体化之路;研究方向瞄准学科发展前沿、结合地方经济发展需要,不断开拓创新。已形成了多个稳定的研究方向、获得了一系列重要研究成果且实现了产业化,经济和社会效益显著;教学与工程设计、技术革新、科研相结合,为社会培养了大批优秀的专业与大型化工企业管理人才。其中化工模拟与系统工程研究团队,与烟台万华集团紧密合作,开创了我国聚氨酯规模化生产的历程,两次获得国家科技进步二等奖,2007年与银光集团联合获得甘肃省科技进步一等奖,现正与兵器工业集团合作进行聚氨酯新品种及高新技术的研究;颗粒学与多相流体学术团队,开展了颗粒流态化和多相流体反应的基础理论研究与新技术开发,在大型反应器设计开发新能源、化学链燃烧以及环境技术领域取得了一系列标志性成果;在应用化学、催化工程及化学工艺领域,瞄准功能化学品、天然资源利用、清洁生产前沿课题,为中石化、新华制药等企业的新产品开发和技术革新,提供不断的人才和技术支持;在生物化工领域,开展了酶技术制取高效药物与生物农药的研究。
There are a group of high-level teachers with a reasonable structure in the discipline. In the past fifty years, nearly ten thousand students have graduated from the discipline, who made great contributions to the society in the field of chemical industry, and enjoyed a high reputation from enterprises, research institutions to other employers. The discipline is characterized by the combination of theory and engineering practice, and by actively taking the integrated system of production, teaching and research. Researches aim at the discipline’s latest development, and constantly explore and innovations, combining with the needs of local economic development. It has had a number of stable research subjects, won a series of important research achievements and had realized the industrialization with notable economic and social benefits. It combines teaching with engineering design, technical innovation and scientific research, and it has cultivated a large number of excellent academic and administrative talents for large-scale chemical enterprises. For the community of chemical process simulation and system engineering, they worked closely with Yantai Wanhua Group, created the course of large-scale production of polyurethane and won second-class National Science and Technology Progress Award twice. In 2007, they and Yinguang group got the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Gansu Province. They are now in cooperation with the weapon industry company for the study of new polyurethane products and new technologies. For the academic group of particle and multiphase, they carried out the fundamental research theory and new technology development in particle fluidization and multiphase fluid reactions, and made a series of prominent achievements in the field of large reactor design, new energy, chemical looping combustion, and environmental technology. In the fields of applied chemistry, catalyst engineering and chemical technology, they aim at the frontier topics of functional chemicals, natural resource utilization, and clean production, which provides talent and technology support for the new product development and technological innovation in the petrochemical, Xinhua pharmaceutical and other enterprises. In the field of biochemical engineering, they have carried out the research of high effective chemotherapy and biological pesticides using enzyme technology.
二、培养目标( Objectives of Training)
本学科致力于培养德、智、体全面发展,掌握坚实宽广的化学工程与技术基础理论和系统的专业知识,熟练掌握一门外语,能紧跟化学工程与技术等相关学科领域的发展,具有勇于创新的科学精神和独立从事科学研究的能力,能在现代化工等领域和行业中从事高水平研究开发、教学和管理等工作的高层次人才。
Chemical Engineering and Technology is committed to training senior talents characterized by an all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical and art, to adapt to the development of chemical engineering and technology, and other related disciplines, who can engage in the economic construction of modern chemical industry and international chemical industry. These high-level talents should master at least one foreign language and the fundamental theories and systems expertise, and have innovation, team spirit and the wider international perspective, rigorous study style and mental health, and be able to engage in the design, development, research, education, production and management in modern chemical and related industries.
三、学制及学习年限(Educational System and Length of Schooling)
硕士研究生学制为3学年,可根据实际情况允许研究生延期毕业,一般不超过4学年。课程学习为1~2学期,论文工作不少于1学年。硕士生课程学习实行学分制,至少应修35学分,其中学位课程≥18学分,研究环节8学分。
The basic length of schooling for Master’s Degree should be two to three years and students are allowed to graduate according the actual situation, but usually no longer than 4 years. The length of curriculum is 1 to 2 terms, and the time for writing the thesis is at least one year. The credit system is carried out for Master’s Degree, in which students should obtain at least 35 credits for the whole course, with at least 18 credits for the degree courses and 8 credits for the research.
